Susura is a sleep sound mixing application that provides white noise, nature sounds, lullabies, meditation sounds, and custom recording features to help babies and parents sleep better.

All content in the App — including but not limited to audio files, visual designs, icons, and code — is the property of Susura and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App.
The App allows you to record custom audio (shushing sounds). You retain full ownership of your recordings. These recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Important: Susura is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow safe sleep guidelines for your baby.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susura and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
